When I’m not writing the kind of stories that keep myself up at night, I’m probably rewatching Hannibal for the fifth time, convincing myself this is the last playthrough of Ark Survival, or losing an Among Us lobby because I trusted the wrong person.
I share my life with an elderly rescue dog -Piper- who is going blind and has completely stolen my heart. She’s the soft part of my world. The rest of me lives somewhere between fiction and loud music, with a reading pile that never gets smaller no matter how fast I go.
I write both light and dark because I need both. The brutal and the gentle. The stories that make me feel safe and the ones that make me feel seen in the places I’m not supposed to look.
If you need redemption arcs and tidy endings, you won’t always find them here. But if you want to feel marked, a little ruined, and understood in the same breath — you’re in the right place.
I write what I crave. Sometimes it’s soft. Sometimes it’s sharp. Usually it’s both at once.
Seen once. Mine forever. — Marrin
